Customers represent that submitted content, media, logos, account access, testimonials, and instructions are accurate, lawful, and authorized. Customers grant Cadrivio a limited right to use materials to provide, support, secure, and deliver the selected service. After full payment, customers may use final approved deliverables for their business subject to third-party licenses and the approved scope. Cadrivio retains its software, templates, systems, methods, and unselected concepts.
